Transcript Requests

If you are a student or parent wanting to request official transcripts, please go to www.parchment.com and create a free profile. From there, you will be able to request an official transcript. If you have made arrangements to pick up a transcript at the school, we will NOT release a transcript to anyone other than the student or the parent with a valid ID.

During the school year (August 8 - June 27), you may also contact the high school counseling department at 586-510-2200. During the summer, you may contact the Tracy Thornburg administration building at 586-510-2028 or [email protected]. Please allow 5-7 working days for processing during the summer.

Education Verification

For any and all education verifications, we must receive a signed authorization form sent to us via fax at 586-510-2219, or via email to your counselor. Please note, we are not able to verify education over the phone.

Records Request

To request student records or student information, please fax an official records request form to the Counseling Center at 586-510-2219, or send the official records request via email to your counselor.
