Transcript Requests
Current students, former students and alumni may request official transcripts through Parchment. If you do not have a Parchment account, you will need to create a New Learner Account.
If you are an institute that needs to request an official transcript for a potential or current student, please submit your request through Parchment.
Education & Enrollment Verifications
All education and enrollment verification requests must be submitted in writing. Education verification requests must have a signed authorization form. Please send all requests to [email protected] and allow two business days for processing. Please note, we are not able to verify education or enrollment over the phone.
Records Requests
To request student records or student information, please email an official records request form to the Counseling Center at [email protected].

- For assistance during the summer, please contact the administration building at 586-510-2000 or [email protected]. Please allow 5-7 working days to process all requests during the summer.
